iPads & Tablets Complete the Circle for Online Health Forms

Ipad-Image

One thing for sure is the staff at all medical and therapy practices never want to go backwards

–back to illegible handwriting or scanning forms.

Do you have wireless Internet in your practice? Then you will love this. PatientStudioTM provides a link to your online forms that can be installed on an i-Pad or any tablet.

What if a patient just shows up as an emergency without notice? Just hand them the tablet

– they will click the link, complete their form and click “Submit.” Viola! The information is now in your PatientStudio management account. And the good news is that all their information will be legible, immediately retrieved by your staff and added to the patient’s electronic chart.

What if a patient completed their forms online but forgot to hit “Submit?” Just hand them the tablet

– they will click the link, sign in with their already established email and password and click “Submit.” Viola! The information is now in your PatientStudio management account and the patient is on the way to the treatment room.

What if a patient only partially completed their forms online and they have just arrived for their appointment?” Just hand them the tablet

– they will click the link, sign in with their already established email and password, complete the form and click “Submit.” Viola! The information is now in your PatientStudio management account and the patient is on the way to the treatment room. To save time, bring them to the treatment room and let them finish the forms in the chair.

What if a patient is already in the treatment room and something occurs that requires a signed consent form?

For example, a therapist is already in session with the patient when a new form of treatment to aid a particular muscle becomes obvious. Just hand them the tablet and have them complete and sign a consent form for further treatment without delay.
